Booking Terms and Conditions
By signing this document, you hereby agree to our terms and conditions as outlined below:
1) Artwork is to be supplied by the client and is NOT included in the prices on the rate card. www.Bodyinfo.co.za will not be held responsible for any errors encountered due to incorrect artwork being supplied to us, whether its spelling errors, colour errors etc. Should you require artwork to be done, this will be charged at a separate fee, to be discussed.
2) Artwork must be provided to www.Bodyinfo.co.za in the correct size specifications as outlined in our Rate Card.
3) Once you have secured a booking with us you will be responsible for ensuring that we receive the artwork, in the correct format and on time. Should you fail to provide us with the artwork on time, you will be invoiced and billed as per the booking agreement.
4) Advertising Options
4.1) Banner Impressions are charged on an impression-by-impression basis. After agreeing to an impression threshold, we will assign your banner X amount of impressions. Your banner will then be included in our banner rotation system and once it has reached its impression count, it will automatically be removed from our system.
4.2) Banners/square buttons/skyscrapers are charged on a month-by -month basis. Your advert will be removed after it has been up for exactly one month from the date indicated on the booking sheet. Should you wish to purchase an advert position for more than a month, please let us know so that we can give you a discounted rate.
4.3) Newsletter Adverts are charged on a per-newsletter basis
4.4) Full Page Linking - Artwork, text and design for this option is to be supplied in full by the client and is based upon a one page (1024 x 764) sized advertisement/ advertorial. Should you require us to create the advertorial, please contact Andrew on *011 463 8488/9* or 083 546 1325 for a quote.
5) Price discounts on banner impressions only apply to THE SAME advert being placed on our website and does not apply to having multiple adverts for that period. However, if you wish to purchase multiple adverts on our site, we can discuss a discount option.
6) The agreed amount will need to be paid in full before your advert appears live on our website, newsletter or forum.
7) After signing this document, we will fax to you, an official placement sheet that will include all your advert requirements, special arrangements and pricing. You will need to approve this document by signing it, before we can go ahead with your ad campaign.
8) Your Booking Sheet and Official Placement Sheet will remain a legally binding document and no discussion of price reductions etc shall be entered into after your advert has appeared on our website, newsletter or forum.
9) Please note material must be supplied at least five days before flighting.
www.Bodyinfo.co.za reserves the right to amend rates and content across our site without any notification whatsoever. However, once your booking has been approved by us, the rates indicated for that specific advert placed will be secured.

* Once we have received your booking sheet we will provide you with an official placement sheet that will include your advert details, position as well as dates/ impressions of your advert. You will need to sign this document and pay in full before your ad flights.
