Organizer of the Mr & Ms Fitness SA Pageant, www.missfitness.co.za, which falls under the Fitness America Pageant, www.fitnessamerica.com and now, has become the biggest Fitness Pageant in South Africa.

Gladiator Diamond – UK Springbok Challenge – and then also in the Gladiator squad , 2003

4 gold medals at the “Montreal Out games 2006” / Canada,  in bodybuilding and figure, respectively (www.photoaction.ca under culture / physique are more photos)

Have competed abroad in bodybuilding last 95 - 97, but this event has been the high light of my sporting career !!!!

1995 – to date :

Nutritional consultant and Sport Supplement (HMT) owner, with my husband Dean Beyer, in Cape Town

1990 – 1995    :

Personal trainer (S.A.G.O.F.F Diploma in Sports Nutrition and Personal training)

Interests

Fitness Training (dancing and gymnastics) and weight training , keeping healthy, working with people and making the most of the talents God blessed me with and spending time with my two boys, 7 and 4 years of age
