Over the last 3 years Get Fit Get Healthy has transformed from a 2-man show into what it is today: A corporation of goal-orientated individuals dedicated to generating health and wellness awareness into homes and businesses ascross South Africa. From humble beginnings, Get Fit Get Healthy was founded on an ethos of providing the best in fitness, health, wellness and empathy to its clients. All employees at Get Fit Get Healthy go through rigorous training, not only in the fitness industry but in the “people” industry. We understand that everyone is different and that people do not react or respond the same, which is why we are dedicated to diversification in the workplace.We have adopted a “people come first” attitude at Get fit Get Healthy, and we take this very seriously.
