Training:
Coming form a boxing background means I know what discipline is and that's what training is for me, it's a way of life. I know my stand up is tops but I have been working on my ground, learning how to move and get out of situations. I do a lot of roadwork and caveman workouts.

When and why did you start training for fighting?
There was a boxing gym across the road from my house and I stumbled in there when I was 5.

Accomplishments in pro or amateur competition?
I've won many pro boxing titles, SA Champion Featherweight, SA Transvaal Champion.

Favourite technique:
Over hand right or right cross.

What does it mean for you to fight in EFC AFRICA?
To have the biggest and best South African organisation approach you to fight exclusively with them in the fastest growing sport in the world... it's been beyond my wildest dreams.

Other interesting info?
I play in a band "Scorpio", I'm a drummer. I love milk ...haha!

I want to fight every major contender, win a title and be a role model to kids in SA.
